Description : clairet, a specific wine of Bordeaux area, is a kind of light red wine with very expressive red berries aromas. It is appropriate for all types of dishes, and also for exotic cooking, and with sweetened salted food.

Keeping time : ready to drink, but it will keep during 2 to 3 years.

To be served : at 9 to 11 °c.

Dishes : barbecue, salad, pasta, pizza, delicatessen, chinese dishes, indian dishes,sweetened salted dishes.

Grape varieties : 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 % Malbec.

Packaging : 75 cl bottle.

Vintages available : 2013.

Awards : vintage 2010, one star in le Guide Hachette des Vins 2012.
